Oahu: Hawaiian Escape

Aloha everyone! Seung and I are back from Oahu for over three months now. I've been wanting to go to Hawaii for our anniversary for the past two years, but things kept coming up and we kept having to postpone the trip. I didn't think it was going to happen this year at all either. Then towards the end of the Summer Seung asked if I was still interested in going. Well, duh of course! I've only been dreaming of going for forever now. Plus, I wanted to visit an old friend of mine before she moves back to the mainland. So, just when I thought this trip was never going to happen Seung surprised me by actually showing an interest in going. I would soon find out why. If only he played a bigger role in planning the trip though, haha. I guess I didn't mind it too much because I love planning trips and activities. I guess he also knew this and left all the planning to me. Anyway, most of our friends and families know this already, but if don't know yet we're finally engaged! I think we told our story a hundred times already. If you want to know how it happened then you're going to have to read through this blog. We miss Hawaii a lot and would love to go back! We had a wonderful time (even on the day earthquakes shook the Hawaiian islands the morning of the 15th). Since the trip happened over three months ago I will try to remember as much of the details as possible. Luckily, I saved my itinerary and brochures/business cards I collected from there.
